There are some moments in life that feel impossible to put into words.

I am beyond honored and incredibly grateful to share that Chelsey K. Films has been named Best of Alabama 2026 in Weddings & Event Videography Entertainment Services by Guide to Alabama.

When I first picked up a camera and started filming weddings, I never imagined that one day I would receive an honor like this. What began as a creative outlet and a passion for storytelling slowly grew into a business, a career, and a dream come true.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of documenting hundreds of love stories across Alabama and beyond. I've cried during vows, laughed through dance floors, chased golden-hour sunsets, and witnessed some of the most meaningful moments a family will ever experience. Every wedding has left its mark on me, and every couple who trusted me with their memories has played a part in this journey.

That's why this award feels so special.

While my name may be attached to this business, this recognition belongs to every couple who invited me into their lives and allowed me to tell their story. It belongs to every family member who welcomed me with a hug, every wedding planner who trusted me, every vendor friend who referred me, and every person who shared my work with someone they love.

To all of my past, present, and future couples: thank you.

Thank you for trusting me with one of the most important days of your lives.

Thank you for allowing me to preserve your memories for generations to come.

As a wife and mom myself, I understand how quickly time passes. The little moments that seem ordinary today often become the memories we cherish most tomorrow. That's why I approach every wedding film with so much intention—capturing not just what your day looked like, but what it felt like.

Being recognized as Best of Alabama is an incredible honor, but the greatest reward will always be hearing from couples years later who tell me their wedding film has become one of their most treasured possessions.

I truly don't have words big enough to express my gratitude.
